Docsly is in private beta. Every request is read by a human — usually Chris — so please give us the rough edges. We’d rather hear what broke than have you walk away.
For everything: a bug, a stuck connector, a brief that’s off, a feature you wish existed. Include your workspace slug if you can (visible in the URL, e.g. /t/your-workspace/). We aim to reply within one business day during weekdays Pacific time.
If something is blocking you and email feels slow, grab a slot. Same person who builds the product reads your email.
Vulnerability reports get acknowledged within two business days. Please don’t disclose publicly until we’ve had a chance to ship a fix.
Export your stored content, delete a workspace, or exercise any other rights under our privacy policy. We’ll respond within 30 days; most requests are handled in under a week.
